Notification Changes

As you cxan see by the new {{NeedsImages}} template and the redesigned {{stub}} and {{delete}} templates. i am systematically going through the user notification templates and updating them with the new {{ambox}} template that I added, it is in use by a few Wikis including the Team Fortress 2 wiki.

I will be continuing to add images for the templates and updating the current ones
